Your Hypnotherapy Journey...

As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I work with clients to help them through whichever stage they're at on their  Journey to mental strength. This Journey has three different stages. Sometimes clients wish to work through one of these stages with me and sometimes they wish to work through more than one. From Letting Go, to Self Acceptance, all the way through to Personal Growth, I meet the client at whichever stage they are at.

Stage 1- Letting Go 

This first stage represents the beginning of the journey. This is the stage of letting go. This might be letting go of a difficult relationship or a bad breakup or divorce. This could also be letting go of a chapter in life that has come to an end and there has been difficulty in accepting this. Whether it is letting go of another person, or a particular circumstance, or an aspect of ourselves, this is an area where human beings can struggle and significantly benefit from help with.

Stage 2 - Self Acceptance. 

This second stage refers to the work we do repair and fortify ourselves. This involves understanding who we are as individuals and what it is that is important to us. There is a lot of insight to be gained from the self

awareness that takes place at this stage and from that insight comes feelings of both calm and also potential.

Stage 3 - Stepping Up into Confidence & Other Skills

This is the stage of the journey where clients step into their full potential. By the time clients reach this point, they have already let go of whatever painful or challenging situations were holding them back. They have also become adept with self awareness and the insight that is involved in stage 2. This stage is about reaching your potential and the process of self actualization. This stage often involves increasing confidence and other skills such as public speaking and performance enhancement. This is the stage where clients really spread their wings and fly!

I am pleased to also now offer hypnotherapy sessions by Skype. If you are interested in having hypnotherapy with me but are not in Northern Ireland or are unable to leave home or find time to come to my therapy room, then do get in touch to discuss whether Skype sessions might suit you.

 
   

We have the capacity to experience our lives in a totally different way to what has gone before and what we have known until this point. In some ways, this can be viewed as a process of de-hypnosis in that we create the means to step away from the unwanted patterns, thoughts, feelings and behaviour that may have been holding you back, or creating pain in your life, until this point.

FEES

 

Fees are based around each stage of the Hypnotherapy Journey outlined above. Each stage is completed in between 4 to 8 sessions, depending on the client's circumstances. A commitment to 4 sessions at the outset is required, although these can be paid for in stages. For pricing, please contact me for more information,

 

For hypnotherapy for other issues, a commitment to a minimum of 2 sessions is required. We generally work across a block of sessions for most issues. Again the number of sessions will depend on the particular issue and the client

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a session, 48 hours notice is required. If this is not provided no refund can be given.
If you need to rearrange a session, provide as much notice as you can and I will do my best to accommodate you.
